Finishing up a new CD, an EP really. Taking some time. Thank you to Eric for helping out as always, this time recording and emailing me so guitar backup. Did I mention I hate him for his playing skills?

Lesson Learned:stupidity Defined
Stupid is wrestling one of your students during his practice when you haven’t wrestled in 10 years. So what if the last time you did you were in the MA state championships.
You didn’t even place that year. And that was the last REAL physical activity you have done.
In 10 years. A decade.
