Evolution Of A Poem
I’m really going to do this.
I just typed this out. This is the original. From here on out, all comment posts will be newer versions. This time it will be the whole poem. Not just a stanza.

marching two by two as a precursor to
wetter times until there is not found
one flesh of bone sacrificed for another
red dust into not dust sameness from covering
the heart not head not heel to heal wounded
chest after not seeing now clear sameness
suitable fit equal helper to clean and care
for all that remains a name from red dust

Esp, Mr. S.
One of my most favorite educational tools as a child, because it was set to music. And this was my favorite song at the time. I just found a website fanclub, and yes, I joined it. Didn’t think about it, just did it. Why? Because when I heard the song, which I haven’t heard since I was about 6, I lost it. I started swearing uncontrollably. Apperantly, this is what I do. Impulse. I’m happy.
Can’t take that from me.

When You Can’t Sleep, Make Music

Couple hours’ work. Better than TV.
Can’t hear the bass on laptops. That’s always the way. Annoying really.
New Lessons From The Diner:
* There will always be a Bible study for mentally delayed people at some point during your stay. Don’t be surprised when they are using the NIV.
(Note for the sensitive and politically correct: I’m 100% serious about NIV Bible study for mentally challenged people. Completely. Just didn’t mention them last time).
* Bacon, cheese fries, with ketchup, covers all of the four basic food groups.
* If your bill was $5.12, and you only have $4 in your wallet, pay with a credit/debit card, and leave the all the cash as a tip, esp. is the waitress was really nice. Don’t wait around to see her reaction.
* ‘Red-necks’ come in all colors.
